The deal, in plain language.

1. What Castwyn is

Castwyn generates social media posts from your ideas, schedules them, and publishes them to networks you connect. It is bring-your-own-key: the AI runs through your own provider account, and you pay that provider directly.

2. Your account

• You need an accurate email address, and you are responsible for your password.
• One account is for one person or business. Do not share logins.
• You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Payment, trial, and cancellation

• The Creator plan is $24 per month and Professional is $59 per month, both billed through Stripe.
• The trial is 7 days and requires no credit card. If no payment method is on file when it ends, the account pauses rather than charging you.
• Cancel any time, yourself, from Account & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Partial months are not automatically refunded. If something went wrong — a bug, a double charge, a feature that did not do what this site said it does — contact support and it will be handled fairly.
• Prices can change, but not for an existing subscription without notice by email first.

Your AI provider bills you separately, at their rates. Castwyn does not resell, mark up, or meter AI usage, and is not responsible for what your provider charges.

4. Your content is yours

You own what you write and what Castwyn generates for you. Castwyn claims no ownership of it, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models. The only permission you grant is the operational one: to store your content and send it to the networks and AI providers you chose, so the product can work.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Castwyn to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Spam, run bulk fake engagement, or impersonate someone else.
• Break the rules of any network you publish to — their terms still apply to you.
• Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Castwyn or its providers.
• Resell Castwyn access to third parties without a written agreement.

Accounts doing these things can be suspended, and in clear cases without warning.

6. Third-party networks

Castwyn publishes through APIs owned by other companies. Those companies control their own access, review processes, rate limits, and rules, and they change them without consulting us. A network that publishes automatically today may require manual posting tomorrow, or may revoke access entirely. Castwyn will state honestly which networks publish automatically and which are copy-and-paste, but cannot guarantee any third party’s continued availability.

7. Availability and support

Castwyn is built and run by one person. It is offered without an uptime guarantee or formal service-level agreement. Real effort goes into keeping it working and fixing problems quickly, and support runs during posted office hours — but if you need a contractual uptime commitment, Castwyn is not the right tool for you yet.

8. Ending the agreement

• You can stop any time: cancel your subscription, or delete your account outright from Account & billing. Deletion removes your keys, tokens, posts, and settings.
• Castwyn may suspend or close an account that violates section 5, or where required by law or by a provider Castwyn depends on.
• If Castwyn ever shuts down, you will get reasonable notice by email and time to export your content.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Castwyn is provided “as is.” AI-generated text can be wrong, off-tone, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing what you publish. To the maximum extent the law allows, Castwyn’s total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose, and Castwyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost audience, or reputational harm.

10. Affiliates

If you join the affiliate program, its published terms apply in addition to these, including no self-referrals and honest representation of what the product does.

11. Changes and governing law

These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
