During office hours

Email blakesmurphy@gmail.com and expect a same-day reply — usually within a few hours. Urgent publish failures (a scheduled post that didn’t go out) jump the queue; say “urgent” in the subject.

Outside office hours

Send it anyway — messages are answered in order the next business morning. The errors page and FAQs resolve most issues without waiting, and your posts keep publishing on schedule either way.
